This License Agreement (the "Agreement") is a legal agreement between you (the "User") and TidyTalkBot (the "Company"). By accessing or using TidyTalkBot, you agree to be bound by the terms of this Agreement. If you do not agree to these terms, you must not use TidyTalkBot.
The Company grants the User a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use TidyTalkBot (the "Software") within Telegram groups for moderation purposes, in accordance with the terms of this Agreement.
The User may integrate TidyTalkBot into their Telegram groups to automate moderation tasks and enhance engagement. The User may customize the moderation rules and settings provided by TidyTalkBot to meet the specific needs of their community. The User may access and utilize the analytics features to gain insights into group activity and member engagement.
The User shall not modify, reverse-engineer, or create derivative works based on TidyTalkBot. The User shall not redistribute, sell, or lease access to TidyTalkBot to any third party. The User shall not use TidyTalkBot for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable laws or Telegram’s Terms of Service. Ownership The Company retains all rights, title, and interest in and to TidyTalkBot, including all intellectual property rights. The User acknowledges that they do not acquire any ownership rights by using the Software.
This Agreement is effective until terminated. The Company may terminate this Agreement at any time if the User violates any terms of this Agreement. Upon termination, the User must cease all use of TidyTalkBot and remove it from their Telegram groups.
TidyTalkBot is provided on an "as-is" basis. The Company makes no representations or warranties regarding the functionality, performance, or suitability of TidyTalkBot for any particular purpose. The User assumes all risks associated with the use of TidyTalkBot.
In no event shall the Company be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or in connection with the use or inability to use TidyTalkBot, even if the Company has been advised of the possibility of such damages.
By using TidyTalkBot, the User acknowledges that they have read this License Agreement, understand it, and agree to be bound by its terms and conditions.
